Seven Challenges to Change Your
Life:
An Introduction to Crane Style Yoga
Maureen Goss has combined her years of study of Chinese
Medicine with the movement of martial arts, dance and
yoga to give us the healing practice of CRANE STYLE
YOGA.
Don't let the title mislead you--this is not some catchy
phrase that suggests a quick fix for your life. The
exercises are called challenges because, although looking
deceptively simple, they are not. They require discipline,
an open mind, and most 'challenging' of all, a time
of stillness which is something most of us have difficulty
finding the time for. The technique was named Crane
Style Yoga in homage to it's foundation in Soaring Crane
Qigong, yoga, and lots of years of dance training. This
is an introductory program--more to come! 30 minutes
